  • Katt Callan, Yoga Instructor headshot

    Katt Callan, Yoga Instructor

From improvised midnight sessions during nursing shifts to leading dynamic vinyasa classes, Katt Callan's path to becoming a Yoga instructor is as unique as her teaching style.

Katt Callan, RYT200, brings ten years of dedicated Yoga practice to her Vinyasa Flow classes. What began as physical therapy for a runner's body evolved into a transformative journey that unfolded in the most unexpected places. For years, Katt cultivated her practice during overnight shifts as a pediatric home health nurse—finding her flow in darkened living rooms with only her phone for guidance, long before setting foot in a traditional studio.

Katt's teaching philosophy centers on BEing HERE NOW—creating a moving, breathing meditation that applies the deeper science of Yoga to the dynamic experience of flowing on the mat. In her classes, you won't just hear about Yoga—you'll live it. Her approach merges the accessibility of "gym yoga" with the spiritual depth of traditional practice.

Her dedication to her personal practice doesn't need demonstration; it's woven into every cue and correction she offers. Katt creates a space that serves as a laboratory for Yoga exploration—where every practitioner is welcome, regardless of what brings them to the mat. goes here
